Refund policy

PERSONALISED PRINTS

PLEASE NOTE:

Your designs will be printed straight from the files provided. We will not make any changes to the colours or scale.

The colours shown on screen are not a true representation of how the colours will print.

All orders are subject to a 10% process tolerance, which may include but is not limited to ink spots, watermarks & fabric flaws. -

The fabric width listed is an average, this can vary slightly between batches.

 

Our Returns Policy
We really hope you are satisfied with your order however due to all the printing and finishing processes, sometimes faults can occur.

Our quality control department will always try and resolve issues before your order is dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through our quality control process, then please contact us.

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Contact our customer services team using the contact form, quoting your name and order number.

A customer service representative will then talk you through the return’s procedure.  We will require a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team.

  • In most cases, action can be taken as soon as we receive clear images and details of the fault in an email
  • If the fault cannot be verified over the phone or email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection
  • Please do not send your faulty goods back without contacting a member of our team first


Non-Faulty Goods: 
We cannot accept returns of non-faulty prints because they have been personalised or customised specifically for you.

Faulty Goods:
To return faulty goods you need to first contact a member of our Customer Services Team using the contact form. Please send written notice and return the product to the FABRIC POD

Please return goods using a Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery.

You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault, then we will reimburse Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.

Our Refund Policy
We will wait for 30 minutes from the time you place your order before we start printing it.

Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind.

If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be more than happy to help.

Within these 30 minutes, if you contact us to cancel the order, we will be able to issue a full refund.

If you wish to cancel after the production of your order has begun, we would be unable to offer a full refund, however alternative options will be discussed with you and a partial refund may be possible. A customer service team member would be able to advise on this further.

After you receive your Order
We of course hope that you are happy with your order, and if for any reason you’re not then please do let us know.

Please double-check your images and design before uploading.

Mis-spelt words can be a common mistake.  We cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors in your design

We will always look at each and every order on a case-by-case basis and find solutions to the problems.

Customer Happiness is important to our business.  We aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours.  Please note we do not have customer service agents available on bank holidays and weekends


NON-PERSONALISED PRINTS

Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for the purchase of a non-personalised prints if you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered.

You must return the unused non-personalised print to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and you must pay for the return of the unused non-personalised print.

In the event of a print fault, it will be reprinted or replaced free of charge.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Within 30 minutes
We wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start Printing it.

Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind.

Our customer services will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.

After 30 minutes
If you wish to cancel your order after 30 minutes we will need to impose a surcharge of 30%
