UK ORDERS

We try our best to dispatch within 3-7 working days

All orders under 5kg will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked unless you specifically choose the 24 Hour option at the checkout. 

Depending on the material you select the process and dispatch days can vary.

PROCESS & DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

If you place one order for multiple different fabrics then the fabric with the longest Process & Delivery time frames will be the base for the expected delivery date, as your order will be combined at shipment. If you wish to receive your order in part shipments, then please place your orders separately.

• Polyester Fabrics using sublimation Ink  - 3 Working Days + Delivery
• Cotton Fabrics using reactive inks - 5 Working Days + Delivery
• Silks & Wool Fabrics using Acid Inks - 7 Working Days + Delivery

DELIVERY COSTS

The cost of shipping depends on the weight and length of the fabric you order.

Any orders over 5kg will be sent via Courier Service on a roll. UPS delivery times are estimated at 2-3 working days from the date of shipping depending on your location.

For Royal Mail deliveries we will only consider your order lost if it has been more than 14 working days since the dispatch notification date. If you have not received your order after 14 working days please get in touch with us at hello@thefabricpod.com and we will resolve the matter without delay. 

You can also try contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if they are holding any parcels for you. 

OPENING HOURS

Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Friday: 8:00AM - 2:30PM excluding Bank Holidays. The dispatch period is based on working days.
